At last! We are up and running

My name is Emma and passionate for what I do.

I offer a range of consultancy services to include school visits, home visits, EHCP advice and guidance I enjoy problem solving and finding solutions to the most complex situations that children and schools find themselves in.

After 25 years of working with SEN and Complex Needs I have decided to set up my own business helping schools, parents, social care, local authorities and provisions to work with hard-to-reach children struggling with school. I offer advice, guidance, forward thinking solutions and continued support to give the child the best outcome. Children can struggle in school for so many reasons - maybe due to Mental Health, Trauma, school phobics, complex needs or low confidence. I have specialised in this area for many years and sometimes a different approach can maximise outcomes for all. I am a Specialist Senco, held Headships for 10 years and now want to use my passion to help others through my knowledge and experience providing solution-based outcomes. A Company which puts the child at the heart of everything I do. I have a strong reputation within local authorities of not giving up! Finding solutions wherever possible. I have worked along Social Care and Childrens’ homes  to build a very successful school for Looked After Children using the same approach that I advocate. I have worked in partnership alongside clinicians, Camhs, professionals, parents and multi-agencies and enjoy the child centred approach which involves everyone – all working for the same goal – to give a child a positive educational future.
