What we do

Offering an education consultancy service to young people, parents/carers, education settings (primary and secondary), children’s homes, foster carers, local authorities and virtual schools, I advise and guide to ensure that all young people experience a positive educational experience and outcomes.

Through strategic leadership advice, troubleshooting, bespoke courses and creative thinking, our consultancy approach ensures each young person receives the educational experience they deserve: purposeful and successful.

Without exception and with no compromise, the young person is at the heart of all we do.

Our consultancy approach was born from experiences in education for many years.  Having worked in a range of settings such as schools, colleges and alternative provisions, we have witnessed the diversity of the educational experience for young people. During 25 years of experience, we have also specialised in education leadership for children in care within the social care / education sector, we have collaborated with professionals to include clinicians, virtual schools, local authorities, social care and care providers.  The knowledge we had, complimented each other’s and enabled us to change the lives of young people, ensuring that their mental health and education was prioritised in order to build a better future for them.

Driving change is our absolute passion

Why?

We can and will drive change to ensure that more and more settings approach the support for young people with their bright futures in mind.  Our years in SEN education has been a privilege, and we now wish to share our experience, knowledge and passion with as many settings as possible, ensuring we reach more and more young people every day.  Having held Headships, SENCo and Senior Leader positions, we have built a wealth of knowledge and experience which can only benefit settings and the work they do with young people.

Our belief is simple: every young person deserves an education.  Whether they are struggling in or out of school, they deserve the opportunity to thrive, progress and achieve.  We take pride our approach: creative, bespoke and considerate of need.
